When can I apply?

The application window opens on 1st June 2017, and the deadline for entry is midnight of the 16th June 2017. Please note that these Awards are only open to clients of Reward Gateway.

How much does it cost to enter?

There is no cost to enter the awards.

What is the judging process?

Your written entry will be marked by our independent judging panel using a scoring system. There is no face-to-face presentation (you’ll be glad to hear!) but this does mean that your entry will need to pack a punch on its own.

Who are the judges?

We have a panel of experienced, knowledgeable and recognised leaders from the reward and benefits industry. You can view all of them here.

What are the winning ingredients?

The judges want to see evidence of:
• Objective
• Approach
• Result

Each section is worth a total of 10 points and Judges will use the criteria in the table below to score entries.
Please be as analytical as possible when writing your submission, and remember to evidence your results.

How do I apply?

You can apply online at www.engagementexcellence.com. There’s no need to download a form, we’ve made things really easy for you - simply follow the prompts to apply for your chosen categories.

How long do you want entries to be?

Entries are broken down into three sections and each section should be between 350-450 words.

Is supporting material allowed?

Yes absolutely - Judges want to see supporting material. You can include images, branding, charts and graphs in your application; these do not count towards the word limit.

How many categories can I apply for?

You can apply for a maximum of three awards; these can all be in one Section or across several Sections. For example, you could apply for three awards in Section A, or one award in each of Sections A, B and C, or any other combination.
Please note you can only win one award per Section and a maximum of four awards in total (including the Grand Prix).

What is the Grand Prix?

The Grand Prix Award celebrates the company who receives the highest overall score from the judging panel and who will be celebrated for their outstanding achievement. Every application will be automatically considered for the Grand Prix - there is no need to apply. 

When will the shortlist be announced?

The shortlist will be announced in August at www.engagementexcellence.com

What is the maximum number of awards I can win?

You can win a maximum of four awards, including the Grand Prix.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on the 5th October 2017.

How much does it cost to attend the event?

We’d like to invite everyone that makesthe shortlist to attend the Awards Ceremony with two complimentary tickets.

If I am a shortlisted candidate will I be able to request more than two tickets?

Yes, there will be a limited number of individual tickets, plus tables and half-tables, available to be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Details will be shared with you once the shortlist has been finalised.

Can I enter if I have won an award in previous years?

Yes, providing you are using up-to-date information and statistics.
